This oatmeal recipe can be very versatile- you can mix in anything you'd like (although I highly recommend using this Cacao Magic Vegan Superfood Protein Powder) and top with anything and everything yummy!!

HINT** this recipe serves 3-4 people!

INGREDIENTS

2 Cups Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk (or any other dairy-free liquid of your choice) 

2 Cups water

1 Cup Steel Cut Oats

3 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar (Or Any Other Sweetener of Your Choice) 

A Pinch of Sea Salt

A Pinch Of Ground Cinnamon  

2-3 Tablespoons of Cacao Magic

TOPPINGS

Banana

Peanut Butter

Hulled Hemp Seeds

Chia Seeds

Edible Glitter!!! (Optional.. But not really optional)

(Use any toppings you love!) 

 

DIRECTIONS

1. In a medium sauce pan, let almond milk and water come to a boil. Once it's boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer and pour in the steel cut oats, coconut sugar,  salt and cinnamon- stir occasionally for 25-30 minutes or until desired consistency is achieved.  

2. Once it's done, remove from heat and mix in Cacao Magic until combined. Feel free to add any other mix-ins now.  

3. Pour in bowls and top with whatever toppings you'd like. ENJOY!! 

Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars

Wait a second.. Cookie dough thats gluten-free, raw, eggless, dairy-free, AND insanely delicious? Oh yeah. It's possible. 

This simple cookie dough recipe is made with 100% healthy ingredients and it actually tastes like real cookie dough! It is great both when frozen and at room temperature... that is.. if it lasts long enough to get to room temperature. I brought these to my gym (yes, I bring baked goods to my gym!) and they were gone in seconds! They have a melt-in-your-mouth, chewy, chocolate-y flavor and texture that'll leave you wanting to make more.

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 Cup melted coconut oil

2 Tbsp almond milk OR coconut milk

1/2 cup coconut palm sugar 

1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract 

1/2 Tbsp butter extract

1/4 tsp salt

3/4 cup oat flour OR quinoa flour (gluten-free)

3/4 cup almond flour

1/2 cup vegan Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips


DIRECTIONS:
1. Line an 8X8 inch baking pan with foil or parchment paper. Set aside.

2. In a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, mix together the melted coconut oil, almond milk, coconut sugar, vanilla extract and butter extract until well combined.

3. Add the oat flour, almond flour and salt; mix until a smooth dough forms. Gently fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula and mix.

4. Press dough into the pan and refrigerate for at least an hour. Cut before serving. Enjoy!
